The Amerec AI-30 is a 30 kW steam generator designed to efficiently power up to two large steam rooms, each with a maximum of 1,500 adjusted cubic feet (ACF).

Featuring an ASME-certified pressure vessel for quick steam production, the AI-30 includes durable electronic components, a safety temperature system, a sight glass for water levels, and LED indicator lights with diagnostics.

This commercial-grade unit is favored by health clubs, resorts, hotels, and wellness facilities for its minimal maintenance and automated operation. Its corrosion-resistant steel body and various safety features help minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.

The AI-30 is UL and cUL listed and meets ASME safety standards, ensuring both safety and quality. All HC Series units come pre-assembled and are ready for installation.

Available in 208V, 240V, and 480V three-phase configurations, the AI-30 can be customized to fit your specific facility needs.

The unit requires a compatible control for operation, which allows for adjustments to temperature, duration, and pre-heating. We recommend adding the ADI Automatic Drain System, which performs daily flushing to minimize scale and sludge build-up inside the generator tank.

Warranty

Amerec provides a one-year limited warranty on the AI-30 steam boiler and temperature controls, covering manufacturing and material defects. The warranty is valid under the following conditions:

• Registration: The warranty becomes effective once the registration form is submitted within 60 days of installation.
• Return Authorization: All warranty claims require a return authorization number.
• Limitations: The warranty covers only repairs or replacements of defective parts and excludes damages from misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
