The Amerec AI-24 is a 24 kW steam generator that can power one or two large steam rooms, with a capacity ranging from 900 to 1,200 adjusted cubic feet (ACF).

Designed for efficient operation, the AI-24 features an ASME-certified pressure vessel, a water level sight glass, a high-limit temperature safety system, a 3-level water sensing system with low water cutoff, and LED indicator lights for easy diagnostics.

Health clubs, spas, hotels, and commercial wellness centers nationwide rely on Amerec’s AI Series generators for their durability, low-maintenance design, and automated operation. The all-steel construction minimizes corrosion and extends the unit’s lifespan.

The AI-24 is UL and cUL listed and complies with ASME safety standards for peace of mind. The unit is shipped pre-assembled and ready for installation.

Available in multiple configurations, including 208V, 240V, and 480V three-phase, the AI-24 can be tailored to your facility’s electrical requirements.

To control temperature, duration, and other settings, the AI-24 requires a compatible control. Select from available control options to meet your operational needs.

For improved performance, we recommend pairing the AI-24 with the optional ADI Automatic Drain System, which helps prevent scale and sludge buildup by automatically flushing the generator tank after each use.

Warranty

Amerec offers a one-year limited warranty on the AI-24 steam generator and temperature controls. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under the following conditions:

• Registration: The warranty becomes valid after the product registration is completed within 60 days of installation.
• Return Authorization: A return authorization number is required for all warranty claims.
• Limitations: The warranty covers parts replacement only and excludes damages from misuse or improper installation.
