The Amerec AI-30 is a 30 kW steam generator designed to efficiently power up to two large steam rooms, each with a maximum of 1,500 adjusted cubic feet (ACF).

With an ASME-certified pressure vessel, the AI-30 provides instant steam and features durable electronic components, a temperature safety system, a sight glass for water levels, and LED indicator lights for easy diagnostics.

The AI-30 requires a compatible control for operation. Controls allow facility operators to adjust temperature, duration, and pre-heating settings. We also recommend the ADI Automatic Drain System, which performs daily flushes to reduce scale and sludge buildup in the generator tank.

Warranty

Amerec offers a limited warranty on the AI-30 steam boiler and temperature controls, covering defects in manufacturing and workmanship for one (1) year from the installation date. The warranty applies under the following conditions:

• Registration: Warranty becomes valid upon submission of the registration form within 60 days of installation.
• Return Authorization: A return authorization number is required for all warranty claims.
• Limitations: The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts but excludes damages from misuse or improper installation.
